Everything you need to know about joining Sansparsh Wellness

We offer a wide range of yoga classes including Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Meditation, and Pranayama (breathing exercises). Our classes cater to all levels from complete beginners to advanced practitioners.
No prior experience is necessary! We welcome beginners and provide beginner-friendly classes with detailed guidance. Our experienced instructors will help you learn proper techniques and gradually build your practice at your own pace.
We provide yoga mats and props. Just wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for movement. Bring a water bottle and arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class to complete registration and get oriented with the studio.
We offer morning sessions from 6:00 AM to 8:30 AM and evening sessions from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays. Check our schedule for specific class times and availability.
Choose based on your commitment level and frequency. Monthly plans are perfect for regular practitioners, quarterly plans offer better value for committed students, and yearly plans provide the best rates for long-term dedication. Contact us for personalized recommendations.
